Stratus Kickstarter Campaign

The smart and talented guys over at Chaos Audio asked us to produce a Kickstarter video for their new start-up product, Stratus. This multi-effects guitar pedal is a neat little tool that is innovative and unique in its market. By featuring professional guitarists such as Daniel Donato, from Nashville, TN, we were able to showcase the pedal and its features in a backstage/studio set that we built and staged in a photography studio. We pushed the brand colors in the lighting and kept that cohesive look throughout the film. With the extra testimonial footage we were able to capture on set, they also asked us to create digital marketing ads to complement their kickstarter campaign. It was so fun to collaborate with such a proactive client that pushed the boundaries of production in each stage!

Production Set Build

Working within the parameters of Chaos Audio's brand colors, we infused the set with color using our RGB light fixtures. This was the first time we used our Aputure NOVA 300c and we were completely thrilled with its performance. At some point, we mounted this light to the ceiling, so the bluetooth app-enabled controls made it easy to make adjustments throughout the day. That was a game changer.
